This sentence "The grief in the back of our ribs sitting heavily in the dark cave where it lives, creeping out when you least expect it to shake the bars of our rib cages. " just created such a visual for me, such a creative way of picturing grief.

I hadn't heard of HSPs before, so thank you for taking me on an enlightening journey.
